• This model is based on a decentralized approach to empower the youth at the local level, which can promote empowerment and active participation.
• The program will be a model that supports the development of cooperative movements for FPO, SHG, and Others as well as skill development by organizing their skills that have been established or are in process at the grassroots level.

MySBA Ecosystem is creating opportunities for startups at the local level, with the help of district level Rojgar Srajan Kendra and Mindset to encourage entrepreneurship in Rural Areas.
Rojgar Srajan Kendra is a physical point where young people can seek support and guidance in building their future. Our mission is to help youth make the transition from school to work, entrepreneurship, and self-employment.
There are 3 core areas under this campaign:-
• Change of mindset regarding employment and mass awareness campaign for it.
• To encourage, cooperate, coordinate and promote employment-oriented enterprises and projects at the local level.
• Establishment of integrated and coordinated employment centers for all related activities in each district.
