The Production Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products or projects, collaborating closely with production teams, designers, and suppliers to manage workflow and resources efficiently. They will monitor inventory, materials, and equipment to maintain quality standards, maintain accurate production records and reports, and communicate with internal departments and external vendors to promptly resolve any issues. Additionally, the coordinator will ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, assist in budget tracking and cost management, and support project management by coordinating timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across teams.

Responsible for day-to-day Plant & Machinery operations including safety, operation, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Maintain documentation, support site Plant & Machinery engineers, plan and monitor daily operations, manage spares, and update MIS reports. Must have experience with construction and concreting equipment and assist Section P&M In-charge in smooth functioning of Plant & Machinery at the site.

The role involves monitoring the progress and quality of work while ensuring adherence to company SOPs. The Unit Manager will also provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members to maintain high performance standards. Additionally, they will develop and implement operational plans to meet production goals, identify inefficiencies, and suggest process improvements. The position requires maintaining accurate reports related to production, labor, and resources, managing inventory of seeds, fertilizers, tools, and equipment, and ensuring proper maintenance of all farm facilities and machinery. Coordination with procurement, agronomy, and logistics teams is essential to ensure seamless farm operations.
