I am Devendra Singh Mahra, entrepreneur, mentor, and technologist from Uttarakhand with nearly two decades of experience. I began as a Staff Scientist at C-DAC and later worked with NeoAccel, Zscaler, and PubNub. In 2018, I founded Udgama Softwares and Systems, building Udyamo HRMS to enable Udyamis with efficient and affordable digital tools. I also co-founded Goljyu Innovations, working in drones and deep-tech solutions for Atmanirbhar Bharat. I established the Aipan Prabodhini Foundation to advance youth empowerment and self-reliance, and led participation at Kitab Kautik 2024, engaging hundreds of students with drones and robotics. I also head IndusForward Institute, our skilling vertical delivering programs in programming, ERP, HR practices, cybersecurity, and drones. I believe youth empowerment, skills, and innovation are central to Swawalambi Bharat, and I work to mentor the next generation of Udyamis and innovators.
