I work at the intersection of systems thinking, design, and real-world infrastructure—with a focus on how small businesses in emerging markets can thrive through better tools, trust, and intelligence. With a background in both enterprise design and manufacturing operations, I’m now exploring how emerging technologies like Agentic AI and trust-based digital systems can unlock productivity for the backbone of the global economy: SMEs. My curiosity is currently focused on: How small-scale manufacturers (like flour mills) can digitise their operations and profit centres Trust-based digital infrastructure for frictionless cross-border mobility (visa as a service) In 2025, I was selected as one of only three Global Shapers representing India at the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of the New Champions (Summer Davos). I also serve as Curator of Global Shapers Ajmer, where I lead community-driven innovation in a Tier 3 city, proving bold thinking isn’t bound by geography.
