He is also responsible for the overall programs implemented by FMSF which also includes financial monitoring of more than 170 large development projects in South Asia. As Executive Director, Sandeep is responsible for quality control and assurance of the grant management portfolio. He possess insightful experience in Budget formulation, Grant Management of Development Programs and reporting to donors. As part of the CPA engagement, he has provided consultancy services to numerous Indian and International agencies for conducting Financial reviews and evaluations, Financial monitoring, System reviews, Accompaniment process and Financial Investigations of donor funded projects in India, Nepal, Kenya, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Sri Lanka.
