Ulhas Kamat is an accomplished business leader with over four decades of experience in managing P&L responsibilities, turning loss-making units into profitable businesses, and leading operations across developed and developing countries, including the USA, East and West Africa, and Southeast Asia. He has held progressive management roles with Fortune 500 companies such as ICI, Unilever, IBM, TATA, and Unisys, and later managed autonomous global business units. Beyond corporate leadership, Ulhas has been active in professional circles as a mentor, teacher, examiner, and speaker at international forums. A graduate of IIT Bombay (1965) with specialized small business mentoring training from Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth, he transitioned to the social sector, serving as Director of Program Services at the US Government-funded Washington DC MBDC. Currently, he is Director – India for I Create, Inc and CEO of I Create India, leveraging his expertise to benefit underserved communities.
